Won't Install on Windows 7 64 bit

Hi,

When I try to set up my uno using  the instructions getting Started with Windows the first few steps go fine (green light etc).  After windows finds the uno and is unsuccessful in installing a driver, in the device manager under ports, nothing new shows up.

I would really appreciate anyone's help with solving this.

I had the same issue some time ago
In Windows, Go to DeviceManager , right click on the unknown device and uninstall the driver for the unknown device.
To install the driver,  select it (Browse)  from the drivers folder of your Arduino folder.

When I do that Arduino Uno comm xx did not show up under ports.  I did have an unknown device under Other Devices.  I have updated the driver here and everything seems to be working.  I have  confirmed this by running the Blink example.
