Hi,I use a similar pump (HERE) to feed chlorine (AKA Walmart Bleach) to my swimming pool. It has not had that problem, and the tubing runs through two narrow points.Yours should be easy: use a "zip tie" (originally Thomas&Betts 'tyrap') on the input tubing. Or put some silicone caulk on it.
life of the tubing in such a pump
I bought these pumps off Ebay & am powering them with my Uno. Peristaltic pump linkThe unexpected problem is that the tube slowly feeds through the pump head.Surprisingly I can't find much on the net about the problem so I'm buying some unsightly tube clamps. Surely there must be a more elegant solution & why don't others have this problem?Any ideas anyone?
Terry, I have always wondered about the life of the tubing in such a pump. What is your experience and does CL degrade the tubing any?Paul
Silicon tubing? I would suspect CL would not have an impact.
