Does any body have tested this :

with the arduino Yun ?

It seems that the  AQE shield is not correctly powered with the 5v 500ma µ-usb power source connected to the Yun. The shield's power/info led flash once and no more. (tested N times of course).

The Shield has a power connector ( 9 v ) maybe i could power it  via this one, and use it to power the Yun . Is this dangerous for the Yun ?

The power connector is direct feed VIN for 7-15V, and Yun only support 5V.  It will kill the Yun. No go here.

This means this is a NO RUN for this AQE EGG on a YUN ? if in fact it delivers only 4.8 v

"Plug your shield into the Arduino/Nanode, and power up. Remember to only plug in one power source at a time. If you power the shield, it will also power the Arduino, and vice versa."

I haver ordered a new µUSB 5v power with 1500 mA , maybe it's the cause of  the problem:  A total of 3 sensors is present on a AQ Egg shield + some composants . Those things must consume current and need power, they need to be heated to work

Hardware mod of Yun.

Plan B:  
Put shield into Uno, connect Uno via UART to Yun.

The short answer to your question is that I haven't tried the AQE Shield with an Arduino Yun. However, looking at the Yun pinout, there are definitely some problems.

You should definitely not plug in power to the AQE Shield barrel jack unless it is a regulated 5V source or you will almost certainly damage your Yun. (see the note associated with Vin on the linked pinout diagram). I think the USB power will work, but the AQE Shield works best with a more stable/reliable 5V source than what USB power typically provides (in terms of absolute voltage and noise).
The AQE Shield was designed before the advent of the "R3" shield header pinout, so the I2C interface of the AQE Shield is only presented on the traditional A4/A5 locations. So you would have to jumper wires from A5 to SCL and A4 to SDA in order for the Yun to communicate with the AQE Shield.
