Heat, dust, liquids, input overvoltage, power supply overvoltage, power supply undervoltage, noisy power supplies, output overloads, incorrect wiring, loose wiring, radiated electrical interference, noisy loads, ground loops, faulty programming.

if you asking about security vulnerabilities then they are going to be either physical access to the board itself (once somebody physically has something its pretty much over) or whatever holes exist in whatever version of wifi you are using it for. somebody could spoof your router (or whatever is supposed to be at the other end of the connection) and have your device connect to it
