that. It is a
server side fault, the same as the
particularly perceptive "Broken" one when you post a reply.
In general, you click "Reload" on the browser, it then challenges you as to whether you wish to re-send the "form" material; so you say "yes". Whilst transaction systems warn of the risk of duplicating a transaction,
if properly written they will not actually do so.
