Topic: Soil Moisture Sensor with Xbee Serie 2 (Read 5573 times) previous topic - next topic


I need to connect a soil moisture sensor http://www.ebay.com/itm/Soil-Hygrometer-Humidity-Detection-Module-Soil-Moisture-Sensor-For-Arduino-/390662605851?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5af54e4c1b
to a analog input of Xbee Serie 2 .

The question:

The soil moisture sensor gives 0 to 5V, but the analog input of Xbee only can receive 0 to 1.2V.

What should I do for accurate measurement ? only a resistor divider?

Please give me solutions! =)
