Can i run debian-7.8.0-i386 on my VMWare ? ( with 2 * 4 core CPU and 16 GB Ram )
Yes you can, since VMWare lost performance.  You need longer wait. At VMWare setting allocate maximum CPU and RAM to debian-7.8.0-i386?

I have 16 CPU And 32GB RAM !!! If i allocate all of these to Debian , My Windows hangs up !

So i test it with 8 CPUs And 16GB of RAM ( But the question is : is Debian 32 bit can powered up with more than 8 GB Ram ? Because i think 32 bit OperatingSystems Cant Powered Up with more than 8 GB Ram)

32-bit x86 CPUs/32-bit Linux (since the Pentuim Pro) support up to 64 GiB RAM.
