I don't think you can it looks too big.
The hex file is 19K so assuming two bytes per machine code that gives a rough size of 9.5K. It will be less than that because of the headers and check sums so I think you are over the 8K limit for this chip.
You will need a programmer or an arduino programmed up as a programmer to program without a bootloader.

hmmm... if i burn the 8mhz boot loader and try to load the .c files would that change anything?
