Before you even think about HOW to combine the sketches to implement the defined requirements, you have to HAVE some requirements. You don't seem to have any.

Do you KNOW what each sketch does? If so, and if you have requirements that you have not told us about, it is quite simple to cut and paste.

This Thread shows a simple way to combine sketches. But, as @PaulS says you may need to think more about integrating the information and not merely mergng the sketches.

Make sure each sketch works properly on its own - and make sure you understand how it works - before you start merging things.
