Hi, I am new to Arduino world and I am really a newbie on electronics, I am a software programmer without any technical knowledge of  practical electronic.
I have Arduino Uno rev 3
I am trying to realize the first projects found on tutorials and I have a little question about ground PINS on Arduino:
have these two pins (one on 'analog' side and one on 'digital' side) the same usage? For example can I use GND pin on analog side for the ground of a LED, or use the GND on the digital side for the ground of a temperature sensor?

Yes both ground connections are the same.
