I have an arduino uno, I have the GSM shield, I have the sim set up.

 I've run through the examples, currently I am using

Code: [Select]

if (client.connect(server, port))
  {
    Serial.println("connected");
    // Make a HTTP request:
    client.print("GET ");
    client.print(path);
    client.println(" HTTP/1.0");
    client.println();
  }
  else
  {
    // if you didn't get a connection to the server:
    Serial.println("connection failed");
  }

and his works great!  I would like to take this further and use post commands in the header, I would also like to read a large text field off the sd card and send it to a server, but I can't find any information on how to do these things.

 I have searched the forum, google, expert exchange.  I have come to the conclusion that I am searching using the wrong terms because I have found nothing and I know that sending a post parameter in an http header has to be within the gsm class capabilities.

Can someone here point me in the right direction? thank you.
