I got wifi setup and ssh to device.
$> opkg update
$> opkg install kmod-usb-serial-ftdi
$> dmesg

$> ls /dev/tty*

where is /dev/ttyUSB0?  I can't find a kmod-usb-serial-cp201x package, either.

Please: What do I do?
