Problem with booting sketch

Could you help me? When I trying to boot a new sketch a programm give me this result.
(processor ATMEGA 168)What shall I do to fix it?

Have you tried anything?  Like changing USB cable or USB port or both?  What model Arduino?

if its prototype board , you designed your own using schematic. Please check signature being used for YOUr IC.
