Problem with uploading sketch

Hello,
I have problem with my OLIMEXINO-NANO (ATMEGA32U4 Arduino Leonardo compatible). I have Windows 64bit. I have this hardware for 5 days and I installed software and drivers properly, because I haven't got any problems with uploading earlier. After this few days I wanted to launch hardware, but operating system found only COM4 (Arduino Leonardo bootloader) and he can't find COM5 (Arduino Leonardo). I was looking for a help in FAQ and I found that if internal LED hasn't blinked after Reset it means there is something bad with bootloader. Below you can find information from software why he can't upload my sketch:

Anyone had a similar problem? What should I do to launch my Arduino?

Anyone can help?

Not sure if this would solve your problen but you could try reloading the bootloader. This can be done using either an ISP Programmer such as the USBISP or by using another Arduino as ISP.

Good luck, let me know if this works or if you need additional help.
