hi everyone
i have bought an ftdi 232rl chip it called foca and i want to know how to install drivers
i have an arduino uno r3 too it installed on my computer it that enough or i must install the ftdi's drivers because when i have installed the IDE it is nessecry to install ftdi driver.
here is the picture:

You need to install the drivers.
What version of IDE did you install ?
In 1.6.3 and windows, you can find FTDI drivers here: C:\Program Files\Arduino\drivers\FTDI USB Drivers
Point there when windows asks you where the drivers can be found.

If you do not get any questions after connecting the device to the USB port, you might have the drivers already installed.
Check the device manager to see you have ports appearing and disappearing while you plug the device in and out.
Have a look at "blink without delay".
Did you connect the grounds ?
