I am redesigning the mini Arduino pro board 3v/8mhz, getting rid of LEDs, voltage regulator, ect to be as super power efficient as possible for an IOT project/product. This led me to a question, is this a product that the masses could use? Imagine a Mini Arduino pro that is half the size and has the circuitry needed to be fully operational with all the pin outs and as small as possible to solder onto any custom board. It would be just like the soldered on Bluetooth adapters you see on the market, HM-11, Blugiga, ect.

You all think its worth investing some money to put together a few prototype boards?

Some people could definitely use something like that. But what if you have a 12V battery?

You always have the option to add an external regulator.
