How did you do to have the exact resistor's value ? 

Don't let the perfect become the enemy of the good.
There are no perfect values, not even precision components - everything has a tolerance spec.
If nothing worked till everything about it was perfect then nothing would ever work.

When all else fails, check your wiring!

I think you mean "application" (since I don't recall making any implications.... :D  )

Ok, I will try to do with resistor's value that I have. I'll let you know if it works.
