I have a project in which I am trying to control two 12V DC motors on an L298 via voice command received from an EasyVR shield. The trouble I am having is that even though the EasyVR accepts and recognizes the voice commands it does not seem to transmit any signal to the motors. After a bit of thought it began to make sense that this would occur because no where in the program do I even reference the L298. The program is comprised mostly of sample code taken from various internet sources (see attached). Keeping in mind that I am NOT a programmer, I do have very basic understanding of the concepts and should be able to follow what you are saying with a bit of explanation.
