Topic: Arduino Due -unable to update driver software on Window 7 (Read 386 times) previous topic - next topic

I have a trouble to update driver software on Arduino Due.

I've plugged Arduino Due into my window 7 computer and downloaded the latest IDE (ARDUINO 1.6.5). In Device Manager, Windows couldn't find driver software for Arduino even though I assigned the proper folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\drivers), which means that I already tried to install driver manually according to the instruction (https://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Windows#toc4). I have no idea what I am supposed to do to fix this problem, i.e. properly installing driver software.

can you help me?

after delting the device, then the problem has been solved.
