I am looking for a RFID antennae / receiver that does not seem to exist. The conclusion that I have come to is that what I want I can't find. I need someone with the ability to build me something? Must have expert knowledge of Raspberry Pi and Arduino as well as a keen understanding of RFID technology.
General knowledge of the two below is a plus:
I want to build something and patent it. I will need you to sign a NDA and adhere to it. If you're interested, and have the appropriate skills, contact me and we can discuss the project in more detail.

Have you tried to describe what you're looking for instead of assuming it doesn't exist? In all the years I've been posting on technical forums, I can probably count on the fingers of one hand the number of times "it doesn't exist" posts actually described something that doesn't exist (assuming it didn't violate the laws of physics).
Odds are, if you need it, someone else also did at some point in the past and that person had it built and sold.
