2N3440 replacement in surface mount.

I'm looking for a replacement for 2N3440 in a surface mount, even a quad would be acceptable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is "special" about it, for your application? Because there are no exact replacements for any transistor, except for another of the same type (and sometimes not even that!).

Hi,
That transistor is a high voltage NPN, rated at over 300V Vceo, what is your application.
300V on smd be a bit risky, terminal spacing and case insulation.
And its 1A.
