I decided to buy arduino uno and i saw this the cheapest starter kit but I think it's fake (the borad)

is the board fake (arduino uno)

and is it ok to buy that kit ?? or should i buy from somewhere else .. ?

Difficult to say. The item in the main photo is an Uno R3 clone, but the individual item image is of an Uno (R1). Ask the supplier?
