Hi folks. I'm in trouble to record the sample code "blink" in ATMEGA328P outside the Arduino UNO platform; the bootloader is already recorded.
I'm using Windows 10 and the IDE v1.6.1,
and the message that appears is:

avrdude: ser_open (): Can not open device "\\ \ COM3.": Access is denied.

Problem loading for the board. See http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Troubleshooting#upload for suggestions.

configuring the IDE's how:
- Arduino Duemilanove or Diecimila
- Processor: ATmega 238
- Scheduler: AVRISP MkII
