Topic: Is it possible program a Fischer Technik controller by Arduino IDE & language? (Read 824 times) previous topic - next topic

Specifically, I have the "RoboTX Training Lab" box, which comes with the "Robotics TXT Controller" (a ARM Cortex-A8 (32bits/600MHz) chip with 128MB of DDR3 RAM and 64MB of Flash). Its programming software (called "RoboPRO") only works in Windows and my computer is running Linux. Could I program this chip with Arduino ecosystem, then? Have you tried to do this?

Thanks a lot!

P.S: Another solution could be substitute the TXT Controller by an Arduino itself...but I don't know if there are some kind of electrical incompatibilities with the rest of Fischer sensors and actuators...

It's this controller: http://www.fischertechnik.biz/fischertechnik-robotics-txt-controller_1.html
Thanks!
