Hello!

I have been trying to find some tutorials and guides on how to controll a stepper wireless with 433mhz.

I have a 28BYJ-48 stepper and "standard" 4$ 433mhz sender and receiver (and arduino nano).

The stepper is mounted to pull my blinds up and down, the 433mhz sender is wired to RPI2 and will be controlled with Domoticz.

How do i make the stepper turn X number of steps when remote signal is received?

First learn how to make the stepper turn X number of steps. Plenty of examples for that motor!
Then, learn how to send, receive and identify a command from the radio module.
After you have mastered both, it should be easy to put the two together.
