Contactless stove guard

Is there a simple high temp contactless termometer relay that can handle stove temps? When the temperature rises above 300C it switch off stove.

300C is much too high for any common thermal switch.

Define "Contactless"?
PT100's should easily handle that temperature but will need some logic and a relay to break the load.

A quick "google" found many options, but what ever you choose to use, if the stove is mains powered then safety is a HUGE concern.
