The only thing that comes to mind is a java conflict.  Search and download a program called JavaRa. Uninstall all instances of java and try again.  Let us know if this works.

JavaRa stop working everytime its trying to download java, so i downloaded Revo Uninstaller and deleted all files related to Java, and install Java again. No difference! :(

Sounds like you have an OS issue.  But I didn't say to install java again.  Make sure there are no temp files left over from the previous java or the current one.

Revo Uninstaller deleted all files related to Java so the shoudnt be anything.

What OS?  Only thing I can suggest is trying to install an older version, maybe even 1.0.x.

Windows 10 is known to not work well with the IDE.
