 AT mega 2560  Arduino/Genuino  is working only on port 3

I have communicate on port 3 but today the selection is only on port 1 which does not communicate with the arduino board.

please help me to solve this problem.

Are you asking about fixed port no. assignment?

He's not talking about the serial ports on the Mega.

Apparently, he was using "port3" on his IDE to communicate with the Arduino Mega and now only "port1" appears.

An ambiguous question by the OP leads nowhere.

Just guessing ( ;) ) that port3 actually means COM3.
If you understand an example, use it.
If you don't understand an example, don't use it.

Reboot your computer and then the COM ports will be reset to the way they were.
