I do believe you have got the geometrical shape rather than a set of dots .....  :)


By the way my Concise Oxford Dictionary does not specify any particular number of dots for ellipsis - it just say "a set of dots"

I doubt if dictionaries are compiled by mathematicians so I suspect they did not envisage an empty set :)

This puts me to shame. My best wiring management is nowhere this neat.  It's like the IT guy also has OCD.  PS I think it's old Base-2 network?
