I didn't. Show us where I called 'voltage swing' a 'duty cycle'. You either conjured that in your own mind, or you just made up some false statement for some reason.

All of this dialog is boring... we live in the 21st century and can certainly do better because we have better free tools.  Paul Falstad had done a great job of making these kind of questions non-forum for newbies and even intermediate knowledge Arduino'ites.

Visual and hands-on learning will drive home the interrelationships of complex subjects.
