Looking at this code: https://www.arduino.cc/en/Tutorial/WiFiRTC

I can't see where this variable is used:

const int GMT = 0; //change this to adapt it to your time zone

can anyboby please have a look and confirm?

for those looking for a solution, I've fix it with this little change:

    Udp.stop();
    return (secsSince1900 - seventyYears + GMT*3600);
