Topic: chrom os no support (Read 485 times) previous topic - next topic

I'm runing CloudReady Chrumium on acer aspire 5520 (amd athlon 64X2 tk 55).
right nowas it looks the only option is CodeBender...
Or someone have a way to code on chromebook and can share how he did it?

It will be great if there was support for chrome os, IDE program without needing internet will be great also.

Support for Chrome OS is on our roadmap, unfortunately it is not so straight forward as in may look.
But we are collaborating with Google on the WebUSB API project that may help speed up everything. Here more infos on it https://wicg.github.io/webusb/

The desktop IDE is always available at https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/Software

Thank you so much for your feedback!
