Bluetooth Headset Hack with RXD TXD points??

SO i have a chinese mono headset having issc is1632s chip in it. It has a RXD TXD points on it. Can these points be used to do any experiment with the headset??(such as adding extra functionality like more lights or buttons or a vibrator maybe)

With the SDK (Software Development Kit) for the IS1632S-chip in hand and a suitable programmer, you can expand the functionality, but to do that you would need to write a new application to run on the processor.
