I am loving Arduino su much I have more libraries than the single column will fit. I would like to see as many columns as necessary for examples and libraries in the menu.

Yep - totally agree - I used to have too many boards to fit on the screen (now they have included stream class as standard I'm fine) but on a 1024x768 screen I can't fit all my stuff on now. It's close on 1280x1024.
Pretty sure it has been added to the bug list though - perhaps you want to take a look and add it if not.
