Got my boards (yey!) and soldered the ATTiny841 and an ISP 6 pin header on, plugged it in, selected "ATTiny 441/841 (No bootloader)" from the ATTinyCore options.

Burt the bootloader...no issues.
Well..

Went to upload a test sketch, and basically go told by avrdude:
Code: [Select]
Archiving built core (caching) in: /tmp/arduino_cache_695026/core/core_ATTinyCore_avr_attinyx41_chip_841,LTO_disable,clock_8internal,bod_disable_5abd526c3ccd8b9e705611c259fd8f23.a
Sketch uses 384 bytes (4%) of program storage space. Maximum is 8192 bytes.
Global variables use 9 bytes (1%) of dynamic memory, leaving 503 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 512 bytes.
avrdude: AVR Part "attiny841" not found.
*** A LIST OF THE BOARDS FROM AVRDUDE.CONF***

I then apt-get update avedude in the hope it will have the updated conf...
Same result.

So what is the issue? Is it my USBASP that needs updating? A new avedude.conf?
Bit lost and google seems to have a million suggestions and I don't know which may be my exact problem...
