Topic: which one to buy (Read 1 time) previous topic - next topic


I am planning to do Projects with Arduino kit. But I am a beginner in programming and but have experience in Hardware compoenents Connections and working.

Please suggest which Arduino developement kit I should buy so that I can do some Projects and learn programming.

The "official" UNO kit is probably your best bet as a beginner.

If you need to play with WiFi then the MKR1000 starter kit would be a great choice.

Both will provide you with a "From the ground up" approach from basic electronics to a good grounding in basic programming and give you the confidence you need to go further.
They have a book that steps you through each topic in an easy to follow way.

There are of course the NON official kits but your support for those in here would be more limited as they are not using the official book to follow a known path.

It may not be the answer you were looking for but its the one I am giving based on either experience, educated guess, google (who would have thunk it ! ) or the fact that you gave nothing to go with in the first place so I used my wonky crystal ball.
