Looks good for the price.
Only 2 channels.
I don't think you can go too wrong.
Does it come with probes?

If you want to check a 20MHz clock signal, you'll need a 200MHz bandwidth scope and 1 to 2Gsps capture.

Otherwise, a 20MHz square wave on a 20MHz scope will look like either a sine wave or a triangle wave.
