No USB-communication with MKR1000

In my device manager I can find the serial port.

When i try to send the 'Wifi Blink'- example to the MKR1000, i get an error "No device found at COM XX".

When i try to get connection due the Wifi101 Firmare/Certificate Uploader, I get the message "Programmer not responding"

Can anybody help me out with it?

Have you tried any of the answers in the other many posts ?

Your issue I think has been brought up a quite a few times and always been resolved.
