How do you tel from the numbers of the IC whether you have the DGV / PW or DW / N package?

robtillaart

Isn't that in the datasheet?
do you have a link to  it?

I got those designations from the datasheet.
But I can't see any of those designations on the chip so I am none the wiser as to which pin configuration it is

 DGV / PW   ==> 20 pins DIP
 DW / N    ===> 16 pins DIP

So I've been doing it wrong all these years? I've always just counted the pins. /sarc

Oh fuc# :smiley-confuse:

Didn't notice that one type had two extra pins. I have the DW/N type.

Probably would have been scratching my head for a month if one of you had not pointed out the bleeding obvious.
