That motor requires a stepper driver that can comfortably supply 2.8 amps. I suggest you look for a driver that can supply at least 4 amps. I think drivers that use the TB66xx chip will probably be the cheapest solution.
Your power supply is probably perfectly adequate. The motor requires about 7 watts (say 14 to have a good margin) and your power supply can provide 60 watts.
For initial testing make sure to use a very slow step rate - perhaps just 1 or 2 steps per second.
