Solved with N channel mosfet
Actually, that was a "given".

Currently, the solution for the vast majority of requirements for a transistor is indeed, a N-channel MOSFET.

Why?  For switching in particular, a FET has extremely high OFF resistance, and an essentially resistive and very low at that, ON characteristic which means that it has a negligible saturation voltage when conservatively operated.

And its input characteristic is essentially a voltage threshold, drawing zero static current.  Larger devices do have an input capacitance which must be taken into consideration, but overall they have the best power efficiency in both input and output.
