Help with PWM for controlling servos and speed con

Do MOSFETS need pulsing voltage to be opened? I tried to connect the power and the motor to my K243 motor driver and it didn't work, maybe I need to send 1-2ms signals.. with it.

No, but they need a certain voltage!
You did take a logic level MOSFET, didn't you?

But a servo will need PPM pulses of course. On the other hand you don't need a transistor - let alone a MOSFET - to control a servo..

I am confusee what you are doing...

This is my motor controller: http://secure.oatleyelectronics.com/files/K243notes.pdf  and it uses 4 pcs SDB85N03L N channel MOSFET'S.  

I wired the power supply and the motor to the K243 without the 1-2ms input, and the motors didn't work... maybe I need to try it with the 1-2ms with my arduino?

What yoi have is a complex device. You have nothing at all to do with MOSFETS or such.. this is hidden by an interface... PLease read what's inside the documentation - it is important.

The 1-2mS input is designed
for standard R/C equipment, It
simply converts the 1-2mS
1-2mS (Radio Control) INPUT
Input to an analogue voltage.

It allows you to vari the speed
of your motor throu the
movement of your R/C transmitter's
joystick. The 1-2mS
input should be connected to
the terminals marked "GND"
and "SIG". The analogue output
is available at the terminal
marked "A" and needs to be
linked to the terminal marked
"C" if the R/C input is used.
Note: The external pot must not
be connected if you are using
the R/C input. VR1 & VR2 are
only to adjustment the 1-2mS
(Radio Control) input if used.

CONNECTION
NOTE:

For use with the R/C input, link
terminal A with terminal C
