I have tired to do a driver update from the internet no luck.
I have tried a drivers update from the arduino driver folder and no luck there.
I have searched online everything i have tried nothing so far works.
Oh i forgot I'm running Windows 10 pro on my computer with all the latest updates.

Can someone please help me?

Hello just a update. I couldn't get it to install correctly it said com 3 But i was like let me try to native usb when i plugged it in device manager said EDBG com 4 so that worked. And when i plugged back in programming port it now said EDBG com 3 so now it's working correctly. It must of been something in windows doing this not sure but it is working now.
