Topic: HM10 BLE, how to deal with serial communication? (Read 140 times) previous topic - next topic

I am new to serial communication. I managed to bind two HM10 clone devices and I can send binary data via Bluetooth serial.

Project is reading a PSX dualshock2 controller and transfer the analog and button states via BLE to another HM10 clone device with arduino.

I think I will need about 20 bytes to transfer all needed data.

What is the best practice to send these 20 bytes together? Just writing one after another to serial and sending CRLF after the last byte?

And how do I read and extract these 20 bytes on the other side by reading from software serial?

A push in the right direction would be nice.

Thanks, Butch
