Hi! I am trying to setup my Arduino UNO R3 board to my Mac via a USB AB cable. However, even when I try to complied the example 'Blink' code, I receive the following error message from the Arduino IDE:

Arduino: 1.8.8 (Mac OS X), Board: "Arduino/Genuino Uno"

Sketch uses 930 bytes (2%) of program storage space. Maximum is 32256 bytes.
Global variables use 9 bytes (0%) of dynamic memory, leaving 2039 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2048 bytes.

Problem uploading to board.  See http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Troubleshooting#upload for suggestions.

My Mac recognizes the correct Arduino board as it appears in the correct port location in the Arduino IDE. Perhaps my USB AB cable is faulty? Here is some additional information about my setup:

- Using an Arduino UNO R3 Board
- Running macOS High Sierra V10.13.1
- Running latest version of the Arduino IDE
- Connected board to my Mac via a USB AB cable

Any help would be appreciated! I tried everything listed in troubleshooting except for trying a new USB AB cable.
