Programmer not responding error in Arduino UNO

few day earlier I had uploaded the blink program in the borad it works fine .Today While uploading any program(Even the blink ) to my arduino UNO board it shows me this error messages

Arduino: 1.8.5 (Windows 7), Board: "Arduino/Genuino Uno"

Sketch uses 928 bytes (2%) of program storage space. Maximum is 32256 bytes.
Global variables use 9 bytes (0%) of dynamic memory, leaving 2039 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2048 bytes.

Problem uploading to board. See http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Troubleshooting#upload for suggestions.

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

I am completely new in this things and I do not want the board gets damage .Since,I have to save one month of my pocket money to buy this thing :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:

Anything connected to pins 0 or 1? Disconnect it. Same goes for reset pin. Those pins are used for uploads

Correct board selected?

Does the led blink quickly three times during the upload process? It should (and also if you press reset button)

Psst - arduino clones are really cheap; look on ebay. The clones usually need different drivers, but are otherwise totally usable.

I don't think I have any official ones except the one I borrowed from someone who never asked for it back (to make up the karma, I do regularly donate to the Arduino project)

the board is not connected to any thing and the led continuously glows (no blinking) when i plug it into my computer and i Test the Loop back test it passed it and the board is a Chinese one which i get from amazon at 6 bucks
