Hello,
looking for programmer and partial HW designer for following application:
Cut to length machine. The machine will control frequency inverter of the feeder, feeder feeds material, rotary encoder measures the length of material. When it reaches preset value, feeder stops, cutter is launched. After cut is done, machine starts again, until desired qty is done.

Need to be able to set length, pieces count, calibrate.

I need the arduino program, arduino schematics. Arduiono should have lcd display for readings-settings, two relay outputs for cutter and frequency inverter controlling, some basic control knobs.

Big HW, frequency inverter etc. is ready.

some basic control knobs.
To control what?

This feels like an on-site job, not a remote collaboration. Where are you located?
The art of getting good answers lies in asking good questions.

already solved, or at least working on it. Thanks anyway!

Hi Chvajcin

I'm looking for a similar solution.  Did you manage this with arduino?

Would be interested and grateful for any details you can share.

Kind regards
Ray
