We use both MKR1000 en MKR 1010 boards. Please help.

If you have not done so already, try updating the Firmware on the MKR1000 and see if that clears the issue.

MKR1000 ( See Utilities Section)

I've had better luck with Firmware 19.5.4 rather than 19.6.1, so you might want to try that first.

Also, I have run into an issue where if a Shield is connected to the board, it interferes with the SDA and SCL signals  (D11 and D12) so ensure nothing else is plugged into the MKR1000 when connecting it for the first time.  The best bet is to ensure the SDA and SCL connections are left open.

Hi all. I can reproduce the issue with all three of the boards. The Arduino Create system is currently having a lot of issues:

and I believe these are also affecting Arduino IoT Cloud. Unfortunately, it is currently a holiday weekend in Italy so it may be Tuesday at the earliest before the Arduino developers will be available to resolve the issue. I don't think there's anything you can do to make this work right now so you'll just need to be patient and wait for any news to be posted to this thread or the one at the link above.

I'm having this problem as well with the ARDUINO SIM - MKR GSM 1400 CELLULAR KIT in the Arduino Create setup process.

EDIT: I got it working by restarting the Arduino Create process from the first step.
