Can I see the sound received from the amplifier electret microphone using the arudino uno using the serial port on the computer from the analog input?
What is the necessary connection and code?

I made a connection from A0. But when we made a sound, there was no change in the numbers that appeared in response to them.

Can you help me?

Use an audio ADC to record audio, not a microcontroller that was never designed to handle audio.

Either use the microphone input of your computer, or use a USB audio interface.

I'm using the electret microphone for precise measurement because I want to get the heart sound. Therefore, must be code written in ardiuno.

You'd need to boost the microphone signal levels about 60dB (x1000 in voltage) before digitizing, electret
microphones output a few mV of signal typically.

What bandwidth and quality are you hoping for?
