PIR sensor module questions

I just have some general questions about PIR sensors. I bought this one: RadioShack.com Official Site - America's Technology Store

Can they track moving objects? I know that they sense a change in background IR, being able to tell if something moves in a controlled environment. But does it have any way to relay information on that object, like its trajectory? Or at least what side of the "eyeball" it is?
